What happens in an emergency?

You call or email me. I go out, assess the situation and make sure the right contractor arrives. Evening and weekend call-outs are charged at the hourly rate +50%.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. The package runs month to month, and the first month is covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

What is not included?

Materials, purchases and contractors’ own invoices, plus work beyond the 6 hours. Larger purchases are always agreed with you first.

Is everything in English?

Yes. Reports, summaries of official letters and all contact with you are in English. I handle the Swedish side with authorities and contractors.
